In a clip from his livestream with Chrisean Rock, Ray J claimed that he was cooperating with federal authorities in what he described as a RICO case against Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner. He said, “The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to go crazy.”

Kim Kardashian got caught up in a controversy after ex-boyfriend Ray J claimed he was helping build a case against the socialite. Simultaneous with Kardashian’s engagement in a huge SKIMS campaign, Ray J’s claims quickly made headlines. In the video on X (formerly Twitter), the singer said, “Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds are coming.” He added, “There’s nothing I can do about it.”
Ray J drew a comparison to Sean “Diddy” Combs. The latter was found guilty earlier this year following a major federal case. He said, “It’s worse than Diddy,” and repeated the sentence thrice in the video. However, Ray J did not provide any further details or evidence to back his claims.
This isn’t the first time Ray J has accused the Kardashian family. He stated his connection with the 2007 sex tape with Kim Kardashian remained a negative turning point in his life. During that time, he has alleged that Jenner and Kardashian mistreated him, which aligns with the leaked tape.
As of now, Kim Kardashian’s ex’s claims about the federal case remain unsubstantiated. There is no clear evidence or legal documentation from federal investigators to suggest that either Kardashian or Jenner is facing RICO-related charges.
