Taylor Swift ‘Never Wanted to be Part of’ Blake Lively & Justin Baldoni Fight, Sources Say

Taylor Swift is reportedly so over the latest Hollywood lawsuit going on between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. The singer has reached her breaking point with the ongoing legal war between them, and she doesn’t want to be dragged into it any longer.

According to the latest report, Swift is “done with it” and hopes the ongoing Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni case ends soon.

Insiders tell #ShuterScoop that “Taylor never wanted to be part of this fight. Taylor has an album to launch, a wedding to plan, and the biggest tour in the world. Courtroom chaos that has nothing to do with her.”

Swift’s frustration escalated after a bizarre late-night incident at Travis Kelce’s Kansas home. A private investigator named Justin Lee Fisher was arrested at 2 a.m. on September 15 after allegedly trespassing in an attempt to serve Swift deposition papers from Baldoni’s legal team. Fisher, a former police officer, now faces criminal trespassing charges.

Two days before the arrest, Judge Lewis Liman denied Baldoni’s request to depose Swift, ruling that his lawyers had failed to demonstrate “appropriate diligence.” Court documents show Baldoni’s team previously subpoenaed Swift months earlier, only to withdraw it later.

Despite claims from Baldoni’s side that the superstar had agreed to testify, Swift’s lawyer Doug Baldridge clarified she had “not agreed” to a deposition. Instead, he stated Swift would only comply if she were legally compelled. The filing emphasized the singer has “no material role” in the bitter fight between Lively and Baldoni.

While the legal case between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is scheduled for a 2026 trial, Taylor Swift is determined to keep her focus on her fans and her future. The failed attempt to serve her papers, coupled with the judge’s ruling, appears to be a major step in that direction.
