In the meantime, while referring to Pattie Mallette’s recent Instagram post featuring a heartfelt prayer for her son, Justin Bieber, another insider noted that “She’s always rooting for him.” The person further explained, “But Justin’s independence means he keeps her at arm’s length.”
According to the news outlet, back in 2015, the “Baby” singer said that his bond with his mom, Pattie Mallette, was “pretty nonexisting.” Justin Bieber also admitted, “We spent some time not talking.” The mother and son reportedly made a reconnection in 2018. However, they allegedly did not become as close as before.
Meanwhile, in the caption of her new Instagram post, Pattie Mallette wrote, “We’re cheering you on and praying for you always Justin.” She continued, “I declare freedom, strength, clarity, and healing over you Justin.”
The prayer further read, “Every chain of fear, confusion, heaviness, and pain—be broken in Jesus’ name. Holy Spirit, surround him with TRUTH, LIGHT, and PROTECTION.” The singer’s mother also penned, “HEAL EVERY WOUND in his heart, mind and body, seen and unseen, restore what’s been stolen, and cover him in WHOLENESS.”
