Prince William has joined King Charles in Scotland for a bit of father-son bonding time. The Prince flew in via private jet and is reportedly staying at the royal residence for several days. Given recent royal developments, the pair will certainly have plenty to talk about, including that recent meeting with Prince Harry.
Prince William and King Charles enjoy a break at Balmoral

Prince William jetted off to Scotland to spend a few days with King Charles on the September 23. Kate and the kids are believed to have stayed in Windsor, giving the father and son some time to bond in private. The pair have made their trips something of a tradition in recent years. This marks their third Scottish retreat together.
The King usually prefers to stay at Birkhall on the Balmoral estate when he’s in Scotland. The home, which he inherited from his grandmother, the Queen Mother, offers a bit more seclusion than Balmoral Castle itself. He is said to enjoy hobbies like watercolor painting, gardening, walking and mushroom foraging while chilling at the estate.
While we don’t imagine the King and Prince cracking open a beer and binge-watching Netflix, they’ll probably find time to discuss recent goings-on. That includes the monarch’s recent meeting with Prince Harry. We’re sure William will be keen to hear all the juicy deets of what went down during that 55-minute rendezvous, given that the brothers are reportedly still locked in a feud.
And other members of the royal family have provided plenty of opportunity for gossip. Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson, the Duchess of York, has just been dropped as a patron by several charities owing to her links to Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile, William is said to be gunning for her ex Prince Andrew’s banishment.
