The release date of Taylor Swift’s episode on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon is out. The “Bad Blood” singer will show up on October 6, as confirmed by the show’s official Instagram page. It is happening three days after the release of her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl.” Fallon dropped the teaser of Swift’s appearance in a unique post. The teaser video shows the comedian playing the roulette game and placing his chips on numbers 10, 6, and 25.
However, the ball lands on number 13, Swift’s lucky number. Further, the 51-year-old says, “Baby, that’s show business for you,” which is a nod to Swift’s caption for the album announcement. Later, Fallon finds a group of crystal-encrusted showgirls passing by, reflecting the new album’s theme. The post is captioned, “Not a lot going on at the moment.” Swifties bombarded the comment section in no time, expressing excitement for their idol’s disappearance.
A user exclaimed, “EVERYONE REMAIN CALM!!!!THIS IS NOT DRILL!! I REPEAT THIS IS NOT A DRILLLL.” Another one stated, “Ahhh been so long.” A third user wrote, “OMG! She first appeared on the show in August 2014 and last appeared in October 2022, three days after the release of her album, “Midnights.” However, her most memorable appearance was in 2019 when her mother secretly provided Fallon with the footage of the musician after her eye surgery.
The video showed Swift crying and eating a banana while lying on the bed. Her mother asked her not to fall asleep with the banana in her mouth. As such, the musician says, “I’m not asleep.
