Below Deck Mediterranean alum Hannah Ferrier’s life has changed a lot since she left the charter yachting world. These days, she’s traded cleaning cabins and serving drinks for playing board games with her five-year-old.
In October 2020, Hannah and her partner Josh Roberts welcomed daughter Ava. Recently, little Ava bested her mom in a board game and was very happy about it.

Another indication that Hannah’s little girl is growing up is that they recently went on their “first girls trip” together. She captioned an Instagram photo of the two of them having a ball together. “Day 1 of Ava’s first girls trip is going swimmingly,” she wrote. “It’s her first girls trip and it couldn’t be more fun … Creating these memories with one of my besties and Ava is a forever memory.”
Back in May, Hannah reflected on motherhood in honor of Mother’s Day. At the time, she described her daily life, as being “an interesting ride, but by far the best thing I’ve done in my life … I’m grateful every day that I have the privilege of watching this beautiful, smart, sassy girl grow.”
Hannah and Josh, who married in 2022, are enjoying every moment of their lives together. “He’s a good one,” she captioned another Instagram photo of her smooching her hubby.
While celebrating their third wedding anniversary in March, Hannah laughed, “Very impressed he’s put up with me for this long.”
In June, Hannah recalled how joining Below Deck Med had affected her life. Alongside a photo reel of her life before BDM, she wrote, “She doesn’t know it yet but in 2 months she will film a reality show that will change her life forever.”
Even though she loves being a mom, Hannah signed on for a Caribbean cruise next year alongside some other Below Deck yachties. Besides Hannah, Daisy Kelliher, Eddie Lucas, Fraser Olender and others will mix and mingle with passengers aboard Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas. “Limited rooms [are] available – don’t miss the boat!” Hannah urged potential cruisers.
