Janet Jackson and Paris Jackson were spotted at an event for Paris Fashion Week 2025 on Wednesday. The pair embraced as they arrived for the Tom Ford show, both adorned in fabulous chic black ‘fits. The family outing marks their first appearance together in three years.

Janet opted for a striking ensemble featuring a floor-length black silk skirt and a tailored short-sleeve leather top cinched at the waist. She finished the look with pointed-toe patent leather shoes and large gold hoops.
Her niece Paris went for a rather more daring look, with a floor-skimming black gown that had a very high leg split. It’s not her most risky outfit of late, though – the singer wowed in a sheer dress at a fashion event last month.
It was a relatively rare public appearance for Janet, who keeps a more low profile these days. She did attend her brothers’ The Jacksons concert in the UK during the summer, however. She even made a brief appearance onstage with Jackie and Marlon.
Paris, meanwhile, is set to star in Street Smart. The film, directed by Twilight’s Catherine Hardwicke, follows a group of young homeless adults in Venice, California.
Paris recently spoke out against the upcoming Michael biopic. Her cousin Jaafar Jackson has the role of the Sex Appeal actress’ late father. The singer aired her complaints on social media, saying the script she read was “dishonest” and “didn’t sit right” with her. She later clarified that she “wasn’t involved at all” after Colman Domingo, who plays Joe Jackson in the flick, said he’d spoken with Michael’s kids prior to filming.
