Paris Fashion Week is in full swing, and one attendee who has caused a stir is Kit Connor. The actor attended the Dior show, sporting a very fine moustache and beard. The Heartstopper star’s new look received a unanimous “yes” from commenters online.
Kit Connor stepped out with facial hair and a beard at Paris Fashion Week
Kit graced the Dior SS26 show with his presence on Wednesday. The British actor rocked up to Paris Fashion Week with a more mature look, with meticulously groomed facial hair and a patterned knit.
British Vogue added a clip of the actor posing at the event to Instagram, and the comments were not subtle. As one fan eloquently put it: “WHENNN OMg whattt.”
Another wrote: It’s giving daddy.”
A third added: “Alexa play “when did you get hot?” by @sabrinacarpenter !!!”
Another impressed fan replied: “I’m not okay.”
The actor previously told GQ about attending his first fashion show. He said: “It was probably one of the most surreal experiences I’ve ever had, I did not see that coming. It’s one of those things that you always hear about as being one of the crazy experiences, and it lives up to it.”
Kit shot to fame after appearing in Netflix’s acclaimed series Heartstopper. The show’s been praised for showing LGBTQ+ relationships in a real, relatable way. It was announced earlier this year that a full-length movie will serve as the series finale, continuing Nick and Charlie’s story as they navigate the challenges of a long-distance relationship. Filming wrapped this summer, but no release date has been confirmed – although Netflix says it will be aired sometime next year.
The final instalment will be based on Alice Oseman’s upcoming sixth graphic novel. Alice is also the creator and writer of the original Heartstopper series.
