Adam Levine is cashing in on his expensive home.
The 13,000-square-foot house sits on nearly 3.5 acres, offering 360-degree views of the ocean and mountains. He and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, put the stunning property up for sale because of how far away it was from their kids’ school. The couple have two daughters and a son.
The property has nine beds and 14 baths, and came at a hefty price.. The property is located in Montecito, California.
Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo have sold their home in Montecito for a whopping $60 million

Purchasing the state-of-the-art home didn’t come cheap for Adam and Behati, but selling it didn’t go as well as they’d hoped. The couple reportedly purchased the house for $52 million, according to TMZ. On Tuesday, it was confirmed that it had been sold for $60 million. The new owners received a discount on the property, as the original listing price was $65 million.
The property included two guest homes, a gym, a tennis court, a home theatre, a koi pond and a chicken coop. It was originally built for another celebrity, actor and TV host Rob Lowe in 2009.
During his time living there, Adam remodelled the house with Clements Design. That company had previously done work on celebrity houses for the likes of the Kardashians, Jennifer Aniston, Jenifer Lawrence and Bruno Mars.
Earlier this year, Maroon 5 released its eighth studio album entitled Love Is Like. The album features guest vocal appearances from OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder and Lil Wayne.
Adam and Behati’s property listing was held by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency and Robert Riskin from Riskin Partners Estate Group of Village Properties. There’s been widespread rumors that Adam cheated on his wife. Nick Viall, a former contestant on The Bachelor said Behati is the victim this whole alleged affair.
An untitled documentary film about Maroon 5, featuring Adam and the group, is currently in post-production.
