2025 is quickly becoming the year of reality TV star memoirs. The first was, of course, Scheana Shay and her book filled with bombshells exposing her marriage and romantic past. Then The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast member Mayci Neeley recently released her vulnerable memoir sharing her grief. And now, if these weren’t enough already, here comes Gerry Turner.
Rising to stardom at the inaugural Golden Bachelor, his tell-all book is set to come out next month. Titled Golden Years: What I’ve Learned from Love, Loss, and Reality TV, the memoir will touch on some of his time in his season. And, apparently, threw some shade to his ex-wife Theresa Nist.
This is going to be an interesting read. Or at least, this chapter will be…
Gerry Turner thinks Theresa Nist “should be worried” about his memoir
Gerry recently teased what’s to come about his upcoming book. And, it seems like it’s going to be a get back at Theresa after how she handled their unexpected divorce.
“We were strongly advised not to make any independent statements [after GMA]. Literally 48 hours later, she was making a statement to social media. And I go, “No, that was not what we agreed to do. That was not our plan,” he told US Weekly.
Now it seems like the gloves are off and he is ready to tell his side, even if that means putting her in a negative light. “I’m not worried; I think she should be worried,” he added. Yikes.
Theresa hasn’t weighed in on his upcoming book just yet. The last she’s addressed about Gerry is wishing him luck after he revealed that he’d already moved on. It appeared like they were still friends after their divorce. However, only time will tell what kind of response she has to his potential bombshells.
The Golden Bachelor is streaming on Hulu, and Gerry’s memoir releases on November 4.
