Sam Asghari seems to have put his past tensions with Britney Spears behind him.
The couple officially divorced last year, and the Baby One More Time singer is making an effort to reconnect with her kids. That’s something the Iranian-born model is all for, sending his ex-wife a special message in support. Britney has two boys with her former husband, Kevin Federline. She was estranged from them for a long time before a recent reunion.
Despite his marriage to her ending, Sam says that he’s proud Britney is showing a desire to be a part of her kids’ lives.

Like one of her hit songs, Britney’s personal life has been littered with plenty of Toxic moments.
Her relationship with Kevin Federline ended in an ugly custody battle, with the latter getting the kids and the pop star ordered to pay thousands in child support. Lately, though, things have been a lot better for Britney and her boys, and Sam couldn’t be happier. “I just hope the happiest for her,” Sam told US Weekly. In August, Britney said that she was previously cut off from calling or texting her two sons.
When speaking about her breakup with Sam, Britney said it “felt like a fake distraction” to help cope with her estrangement from her children. Sam is currently taking part in the MISTR campaign, which focuses on HIV prevention. “Distraction is always a great compliment. And that’s what this next campaign, the MISTR Campaign, is,” Sam says.
He believes everything will go well for Britney as she reunites with her kids, adding that celebrating the past is essential to him. He and Britney were expecting a child in April 2022, but she miscarried a month later.
