Kat is known for posting funny relatable videos for her 10 million followers on TikTok. Her fans have expressed surprise at the revelation, as she was seemingly in a relationship with someone else up until recently. Her boyfriend was often featured in her videos (albeit without his face shown). Their latest post together was around two weeks ago.
A source told US Weekly: “John sought her out and pursued her. Kat just broke up with someone she had been dating for a few months and thought it would be fun to date again, and was interested in John.”
According to the source, the singer “has been actively pursuing her, inviting her places and texting her often.”
However, it doesn’t seem like John is thinking about settling down any time soon. The insider added that the pair are just “having fun.”
Deuxmoi recently reported that the pair had been spotted looking cozy at a members-only club in NYC last Friday. An onlooker said they were “very touchy.”
They were then seen together the following night having dinner at another members-only venue, Flyfish Club. A fan snapped a photo of them, with Kat laughing while John looked at her.
It was reported in the summer that John had been pursuing ex Katy Perry following her split from Orlando Bloom. Seems like Justin Trudeau won her over first.
