Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau recently put a seal on their relationship by sharing a kiss on the singer’s yacht, named Caravelle. Before this, the couple had never confirmed or denied their relationship. But this past weekend, they shut down their romance rumours with a cozy PDA.
Looking at this, Ana Navarro recently shared a hot take on the pair’s budding romance during the Monday episode of “The View.” She thinks the duo wanted to be seen on that yacht. ”Listen, if you want to be seen, you go on top of the yacht,” she said while talking about the singer and the ex-Canadian Prime Minister’s romance.
The host then went on to explain that Caravelle is “a big yacht. There were a lot of places where they could have gone where they wouldn’t be seen. It’s like, look at me, I’m making out. I’m happy and my butt looks good!”
However, her co-host Sunny Hostin said she is happy for the couple. “I think it’s great for her, he’s sexy. He’s got that little French accent. I love it for her.”
Even fellow co-star Alyssa Farrah Griffin agreed with Hostin, sharing that she met Trudeau in Ottawa in 2019 and was instantly smitten by him. Griffin shared that soon after meeting him, she texted her husband saying, “This is the second hottest Justin,” acknowledging her husband, Justin Griffin. The former minister is “6ft2, the bluest eyes, and then he started speaking French. He’s very handsome,” she added.
However, Whoopi Goldberg had the most laid-back response. She thought, “It was a totally different Katy because they said there’s an age difference.” But she is “so glad this is what it is.” “I guess the question is, do you care [and] what do you think?”
