Back in 2024, the actor brought cardboard cutouts of their beloved pets to cheer the model during her runway walk at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
This year, the “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody” star had a “subtle gift” for his beloved partner while at the star-studded fashion show. During an interview, he revealed that he had brought a box full of endometriosis pins to raise awareness of the condition, surprising fans. It was a heartwarming gesture by Sprouse to show his support for Palvin and the purpose.

Dylan Sprouse went on to promote endometriosis awareness at the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, just before his beloved wife, Barbara Palvin, took the runway. While on the red carpet, the “Beautiful Disaster” actor gave an interview to People magazine. The host asked whether he had brought cutouts, as he did last year, to shower his wife with love and support during the show.
In response to the question, Sprouse said, “No cutouts this year.” To which the interviewer playfully teased him, saying that if Barbara Palvin had given him any instructions not to bring cutouts to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2025. The former Disney star then revealed that he has a different gift for his wife this year. The 33-year-old said, “I brought some endometriosis pins.” He then gave one of the little gold pins to the host, saying, “So that’s my subtle gift to her (Barbara Palvin) this year.”
In the meantime, Dylan Sprouse’s wife, Barbara Palvin, walked the VSFS 2025 runway in a stunning brown lingerie set, styled with a flowy brown slip dress. The model looked enchanting as she walked.
