Diddy Prison Release Update: Special Conditions Revealed

Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been handed his conditions for when he’s released from prison. The disgraced rapper is currently serving just over four years after being found guilty of prostitution related charges last week. He’ll need to follow some strict rules during his five years of supervised release.

Diddy’s legal scrutiny won’t end once he’s released from prison. He’ll need to stick to a number of specific conditions if he wants to stay out of trouble.

The conditions were filed yesterday as part of the judgment in his criminal proceedings. The media mogul has to allow searches and is banned from reaching out to any of the victims for any reason, reports TMZ.

He’ll also have to get some help for his alleged issues. This includes participating in outpatient treatment programs for drug abuse and mental health problems. He’ll also need to take any medication prescribed to him by a health care provider.

Diddy has also been told he needs to take part in a program for domestic violence. The rapper was caught beating Cassie Ventura on a hotel camera in 2016. The filing also states that he’s not allowed to own or have access to a gun or “other destructive device”. A number of weapons with scratched-off serial numbers were found during police searches of his homes.

The musician has just begun his 50-month prison sentence. He was found guilty of two violations of the Mann Act. He was acquitted of the sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

He’s yet to find out where he’ll be serving that time. His legal team has recently asked for a transfer to FCI Fort Dix, a low-security prison located in New Jersey. Someone on his team also reportedly asked the POTUS for a pardon.
