On the other hand, Reeves recently appeared on Travis and Jason Kelce’s New Heights podcast to promote his new movie Good Fortune.

Rosie O’Donnell recently sat down for a conversation on the Australian talk show Sam Pang Tonight, where she shared some insights into how Keanu Reeves was on talk shows
O’Donnell described him as “one of the worst” guests she ever had on her talk show, The Rosie O’Donnell Show. She said, “I love the guy, but he’s not good on talk shows.” The comedian further added that The Matrix actor was “so sweet, he looks gorgeous, I love all his movies, but he would not answer a question.”
She shared an example of their interaction mentioned above and stated, “I’d say, ‘So, Keanu, how’s it going? How are you feeling?’ – ‘Good’. We were live. We couldn’t retape. I finally said after three minutes, ‘You know, Keanu, it is a talk show. You have to talk!'”
Additionally, O’Donnell asserted that she noticed improvement in Reeves when he came back on her show for the second time. She conveyed, “He did come back, and he got the hang of it. He’s a lovely man and a good-hearted guy, so I don’t wanna throw him under the bus.”
Reeves is currently busy with the promotion of his new supernatural comedy movie Good Fortune, which hit theaters on October 17, 2025. The actor plays the role of an angel named Gabriel in this movie, which is directed by Aziz Ansari. Reeves is joined by Seth Rogen, Sandra Oh, and Keke Palmer.
