Keith Urban Cancels South Carolina Show Amid Nicole Kidman Divorce

Keith Urban’s High and Alive World Tour hit a sudden snag when the country superstar canceled his Greenville, South Carolina, show just hours before he was set to take the stage.

The last-minute cancellation comes only weeks after his divorce from Nicole Kidman went public, as people are speculating that his personal turmoil is taking a toll on his performance.

Keith Urban Abruptly Cancels Concert Amid Nicole Kidman Divorce?

According to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena and his medical team, Keith Urban had to cancel his Greenville show because of laryngitis. Dr. Gaelyn Garrett from the Vanderbilt Voice Center advised him to take complete vocal rest after noticing symptoms earlier in the week.

The venue shared the news, and Urban personally apologized to fans: “Hey Greenville, I’m so SO sorry to have to cancel the show… I know all the logistics it takes to get to a concert … and I’ve never taken any of that, or any of YOU, for granted.” He added that he’s “looking forward to getting back there when we can.”

Even though Urban is sick, the cancellation comes when everyone’s eyes are on his personal life. His wife of nearly 20 years, Nicole Kidman, filed for divorce on September 30, 2025, because of irreconcilable differences. Reports say the couple had been living apart for months, and insiders suggest the split was long expected.

Keith Urban will perform next in Nashville on October 17, and his medical team is confident he’ll recover in time for the show.

Meanwhile, fans who bought tickets for the Greenville concert will get refunds, and anyone who purchased through resellers should contact their point of sale.
