Donald Trump’s Son Eric Throws Shade at Sister Ivanka in Memoir

Growing up a Trump may not have been as glamorous as one may think.

Despite being born into a wealthy family, Eric Trump says having an older sister like Ivanka made his childhood very stressful. The son of Donald Trump is not holding back about what he and his brother, Donald Trump Jr., had to endure at the hands of Ivanka.

Eric Trump says sister Ivanka “blamed” him and Don Jr. for “virtually every mistake”

“Growing up, Ivanka would blame Don (or me) for virtually every mistake she made as a child,” Eric said in an excerpt of his new book revealed by RadarOnline. According to Eric, it was Donald Jr. who would often get Ivanka’s wrath. “She threw Don under the bus,” adds Eric.

Although he threw some shade at his sister in his memoir, Eric also had good things to say about her. He called Ivanka wonderful person, mother, and friend, while referring to her as a superstar in almost every aspect of her life.

Tensions reportedly ran high within the Trump family after their father became President in 2016. Eric said after that he and his siblings were outsiders. Ivanka followed her dad into the White House serving as his advisor and Director of the Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship.

Working in politics evidently doesn’t suit her, as Ivanka said earlier this year that she has no interest in returning to that industry. She says the emotional toll being in politics takes on her and her family is not a life she wants.

Recently the President admitted that he and granddaughter Kai Trump are similar in many ways. Kai is the oldest eldest child of Donald Jr.

The book Under Siege: My Family’s Fight to Save Our Nation is now available in stores.
