Jelly Roll revealed he once had an affair. In a candid interview published on Tuesday, the singer said cheating on wife Bunnie Xo was one of the worst moments of his life. He said the situation made him look at the people he was surrounding himself with, and ultimately cut some of them off.

Jelly Roll opened up about an affair he had behind Bunnie Xo’s back. In this week’s episode of the “Human School” podcast, he revealed that the infidelity had a lasting impact on him.
He said: “I don’t talk about this publicly at all, but one of the worst moments of my adulthood was when I had an affair on my wife.”
The country star said the couple had managed to work through it. “The repair has been special. And we’re stronger than we could have ever been,” he said.
The “Save Me” singer theorized that his cheating was the result of hanging out with the wrong people (that old chestnut…). He shared:
“I was hanging around a bunch of people that were cheating on their wives. When I was doing cocaine, I was hanging around a bunch of people that were doing cocaine. When I was drinking a lot, I was hanging around a lot of people that were drinking a lot.”
He said that he’s since cut contact with a lot of those “s—ty” people. “I wanted to be friends with people I wanted to be like,” he explained.
It’s not only Jelly Roll’s friendships that have undergone a transformation. The singer – real name Jason Bradley DeFord – has also undergone a weight loss journey in recent years, and is looking slimmer than ever in recent snaps.
