Prince William has demands for Prince Harry if they are to meet
The rift between William and Harry hasn’t exactly been a well-kept secret – Harry’s bombshell 2023 memoir detailed it in detail, and things have reportedly only gotten worse since.
But there may be a glimmer of hope. Sources say the brothers are ready to sit down and talk again. It’s believed the last time they came face to face was at Queen Elizabeth’s funeral in September 2022.
However, William is said to have agreed only on one condition. The future king wants their chat to be kept completely private – no running to the press afterwards, per Radar Online.
An insider told the publication: “William’s willing to meet Harry, but only if everything happens strictly on his terms. That means no Meghan, no aides, and zero chance of it ending up as content for a documentary or book. He’s deeply wary of being secretly recorded or having his words twisted – the trust between them is completely gone. Harry will basically face being frisked before they talk.”
The meeting reportedly comes after pressure from both King Charles and Princess Kate. A source told RO: “Kate often tells him that their mother would be devastated to see them like this. She keeps urging him to rise above it and take the first step. Charles, on the other hand, just wants peace – he’s longing for the day his sons can be in the same room without it turning into a showdown.”
