The update on the divorce comes after months of back-and-forth from the couple. They first split in October 2023, shortly after wrapping The Valley Season 1. Since then, there’s been a barrage of mudslinging from both sides, but it seems like that’s finally coming to an end. Hopefully.

According to court documents reviewed by Us Weekly, the Bravo stars submitted filings indicating that they reached a deal. They’re one step closer to moving forward with their lives.

“The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court. I request that the court approve the agreement,” the filing read.

Although the filing didn’t reveal specifics of their divorce agreement, the court documents confirm they’ve settled on a child support agreement for their five-year-old daughter. They’ve also agreed that they won’t request spousal support from each other.

While they wait on the judge to sign off on the agreement, both of them shared statements with Us Weekly. The one thing that they seem to agree on is that they’re ready to move on to the next chapter in their lives while doing what’s best for their daughter.

“Michelle and I have taken the last step towards finalizing our divorce. We’re moving forward with mutual respect for each other and focusing on making memories with Isabella,” Jesse said.

Meanwhile, Michelle added, “I’m grateful we reached an agreement and we can both start a new chapter in our lives. Our number one priority has always been Isabella, and we’ll continue to coparent to be the best parents for her.”

The Valley is streaming on Peacock.
