A fake quote about Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West quickly drew a strong response from the makeup mogul after she claimed it was false. The post was shared on Instagram where an account named CoolRap.TV claimed that the North would pick her father, Kanye West, over her mother, Kim Kardashian. She called the news out and said that these posts are harmful and fake.
Kim Kardashian calls out a fake quote attributed to North West about her and Kanye
Kim Kardashian replied directly under the false post, claiming that North West would choose father, Kanye West, over her.
She wrote, “This interview never happened, and the quotes are fake. North loves us both, and it’s harmful and weird to pit a child against either parent for clicks.”
This false post, which has now been deleted, brought back the messy divorce proceeding that Kardashian and West had gone through. For now, the two co-parent their children together.
While talking about North’s dad and her ex-husband back in 2023, Kim had said, “North, she’ll go to her Dad’s [and] she’ll be like, ‘Dad is the best! He has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny, a chef, or security, and he lives in an apartment. And she’ll start crying, ‘Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment!” (via The Kardashians)
Adding to this, during her very recent appearance on a podcast, Kardashian had said how hard it was to co-parent the children with Kanye. She revealed that it gets tough when he publicly speaks against her family, especially Kris Jenner, while she has to keep defending him in front of their children’s eyes.
Kim Kardashian then revealed a heartfelt moment with her daughter after she had divorced Ye. She explained that North told her, “Mom, I think you go upstairs and cry at night. It’s OK. It’s time to move on. You need to have a boyfriend now.” (via Call Her Daddy podcast)
