The wife of billionaire Jeff Bezos is apparently the one to thank for the romance reportedly brewing between singer Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau. Things didn’t work out between Katy and Orlando Bloom, but things between her and the former Canadian Prime Minister look promising. The two are said to have “insane chemistry.” Justin is currently separated from his wife, Sophie Grégoire.
Katy and Justin were in the City of Love, Paris, to celebrate the former’s 41st birthday. Seeing Justin reportedly hand her a rose, leads many to speculate that their budding romance has blossomed into something serious.

Caring and compassion are not often qualities we might characterize with politicians. Those are things Katy sees in the former Prime Minister and part of what attracts her to him. “Katy thinks Justin’s witty and kind, and he’s in awe of her energy,” Hollywood insider Rob Shuter wrote on Substack.
Lauren, meanwhile, recently said about the two: “I’ve gone from launching rockets to launching romances!” The philanthropist and former journalist is a licensed pilot who flew on the Blue Origin NS-31 spaceflight, an all-female mission aboard the New Shepard rocket.
Like Katy and Justin, Lauren has had her share of failed relationships before marrying Jeff.
News of this romance comes as a blow to Justin’s wife, Sophie, who is said to be “devastated” by rumors that the Prime Minister has found someone else. She learned of it after photos revealed Justin and Katy locking lips on a yacht off the California coast.
Justin and Sophie were together for close to 20 years, and have three children. Katy has one child with Orlando, while previously marrying Russell Brand.
The Lifetimes Tour, the fifth in Katy’s career, concludes in December.
