When the host joked about Instagram photos making it look like the proposal was on vacation, he laughed and referenced the end of filming: “I finished shooting about three weeks ago and went straight to a tropical island and let my hair down. Or took my hair off.” He added, “But no, we’re super excited. Yeah, it’s a happy time in life.”
The actor kept the focus on work for most of the segment, explaining that he is stepping into the role made famous by Henry Cavill and that he has been training for sword fights and action scenes. He noted he was a fan of “The Witcher” video games before getting the part. Moreover, he joked about the show’s long silver hair compared with the famous locks that his brother Chris Hemsworth wore as Thor.
