Lori Loughlin Leaning on Friends To Navigate Ex’s Split — Source

Lori Loughlin is relying on her tight circle as she works through her split from her ex, Mossimo Giannulli, after 28 years of marriage. A source recently revealed that the actor is upset by the separation, but she is not dealing with it alone. Friends are stepping in to offer her company, advice, and a place to land while she figures out next steps during this fragile time — and those close to her say they are right where she needs them to be.

Lori Loughlin’s friends ‘rallying behind her’ amid Mossimo Giannulli split, per source

PEOPLE exclusively reported that Lori Loughlin’s friends are helping her get through her split from her ex, Mossimo Giannulli. A source told the tabloid, “She has a good group of friends. A lot of her friends are also divorced and have gone through the same thing she currently is.” As such, her friends are “rallying behind her.” The insider added that there is little sympathy for Giannulli among Loughlin’s circle: “They do not like him. They are very angry with him.”

Support for Loughlin has also come from longtime friend and “Full House” co-star John Stamos, who weighed in on the “Good Guys” podcast. Stamos stated, “She put up with a lot over the years of this guy.” He further called her “a good person, a good mother, a good wife.” Stamos added, “Whatever he did to her, it busted her up to the core,” and said he will “never talk” to Giannulli again.

Inside the family, the ex-couple’s daughters, Olivia and Bella, are trying to keep it cool. “There’s no drama or resentment,” an insider claimed. “They’ve seen how hard their mom and dad have tried over the years, and they’re focused on keeping things peaceful and staying close as a family.”

Meanwhile, a reconciliation between Lori Loughlin and her ex, Mossimo Giannulli, appears unlikely. A source told PEOPLE the exes are moving on, noting they recently found a buyer for their L.A. home: “It’s not a happy situation for her.” The source added, “They’re in very different places right now and it’s unlikely that they’ll find their way back together.” Though Loughlin is hurting, she has friends who support her.
