Seems like Ariana Grande is keen to channel her character, Glinda, from her upcoming movie, “Wicked: For Good.” The actor was spotted in New York City on Monday, dressed in a beautiful Vivienne Westwood set.
According to WWD, she opted for the pink look by Andreas Kronthaler to start her promo tour. Styled by Law Roach, the Grammy Award winner was seen in a glamorous pink outfit, featuring a sculptural fuchsia silk skirt and a contrasting dusty rose long-sleeved corseted top.
The outfit, with a cinched waist, was completed with black pointed-toe heels from Christian Louboutin. In terms of accessories, the 32-year-old opted for diamond studs. However, she kept her hairstyle simple, with her signature sleek bun.
The dress, from Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood’s Spring 2025 collection, was first seen on the runway during Paris Fashion Week in September 2024.
Revealing more about Grande’s fashion and beauty choices from her ongoing press tour, Roach told PEOPLE, “Oh, baby, there’s a mood board. There are hours and hours of fitting and laughing and swearing. It’s just a lot of daydreaming and imagination.”
This is not the first time the celebrity stylist has worked his magic on the singer. Roach and Grande’s partnership goes back decades. “Ari and I worked together for years before she became an actress,” the image architect said.
That is why there is “no pressure at all” to work with her or outdo her previous press tour looks. “It’s just like coming back home, like two good friends reunited, and get to play in clothes — and a lot of clothes — which is so fun,” Roach confessed.
“Wicked: For Good” also stars Michelle Yeoh, Cynthia Erivo, Jonathan Bailey, Jeff Goldblum, Marissa Bode, and more. The movie adaptation of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical will arrive in theaters on November 21.
