Halle Bailey and DDG drop restraining orders against each other after months — report
After nearly five months of filing, Halle Bailey and DDG have reportedly dropped the restraining orders against each other. As reported by People magazine, they filed these new court documents on October 27 in the Superior Court of Los Angeles. According to the news outlet, the documents read, “The parties each reserve her/his rights to resurrect any and all DV allegations.”
In the meantime, the filing further stated that dropping the restraining orders “may not be used as evidence against the party(s) seeking new orders.” However, Halle Bailey and DDG can re-file for the orders if they want. As reported by the court documents, the actor and the rapper, who share a son named Halo, agreed not to disparage each other publicly. The documents also mentioned that the former couple came to an agreement regarding temporary custody.
Per the news outlet, the court will permit DDG visitation with his son, Halo, on chosen weekends and Wednesdays. The rapper and Halle Bailey also made an agreement about a specific holiday schedule. However, neither the two celebrities nor their teams have released any statement on the matter yet.
In the meantime, news about Halle Bailey and DDG dating each other first came to the surface in early 2022. They went on to welcome their son, Halo, in December 2023. The actor-singer and rapper parted ways in October 2024.
