During the interview, Lily Allen was candid about the topic of “heartbreak.” When the interviewer, Mel Ottenberg, asked her how she deals with a “broken heart,” the artist responded by saying, “I think it’s just getting out and socializing.”

She continued to explain, “I’m guilty of putting all of it on one person when I’m in a relationship.” She further said, “So when that person leaves, I feel completely bereft.”

After that, the singer expressed, “It takes me a while to be like, ‘Actually, I can rely on friends for some of this stuff as well.'”

In the interview, Mel Ottenberg also asked Lily Allen whether she is dating anyone at present. Answering this question, the “Not Fair” singer said, “Maybe.” In the meantime, speaking about dating apps, the artist disclosed that she finds them “awful.” “Especially if you’re going through heartbreak,” she added.
