While reports have varied since, a new insider scoop reveals that the marriage is not far away, as Taylor and Travis do not want a long engagement.

In a new cover story for US Weekly, several insiders spoke out about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding and domestic life. This also gave a glimpse at some private things that fans were eager to know.

The report revealed several things, like how the two enjoy a calm domestic life and how Travis and Taylor have now merged their friends and family. So, the big question now remains about the upcoming wedding.

The plans are reportedly “coming along,” as per a source (via US Weekly). “They are both [very] involved, and Taylor thinks it’s cute that Travis wants to help,” the source added. Reports indicate that the couple is planning to tie the knot next summer, preferably in Rhode Island, where Swift has a summer house.

“They don’t want a long engagement,” the source revealed, effectively confirming that fans will not have to wait too long before seeing the anticipated ceremony. The source further emphasized that Travis and Taylor “very much want to start a family in the next year or so. Family means everything to them.”

Their plans are visible in some little things that they have done. For instance, reports stated in August that the two were looking for a forever home. As per reports, the two had checked out an $18 million mansion in the suburbs of Northeast Ohio, near Kelce’s hometown.
