Adin Ross is angry about the lawsuit filed against him and Drake, alleging that the duo have indulged in fraudulent marketing practices. A clip from Ross’ recent livestream is going viral, where he slams the lawsuit as “bull***t.”

It seems like Ross read a comment about the lawsuit and responded to it on his livestream. “Guys, there is nothing to talk about regarding the title, regarding what’s going on. I will tell you guys this. Read through the case yourself. It is f****** bull***t.” Continuing with his rant, Ross reiterated the use of expletives.

For those unversed, a class action lawsuit was filed against Drake, Ross, and Stake’s parent company, Sweepstakes Limited. According to the lawsuit, Drake and Ross are allegedly promoting an illegal online casino in the guise of a “social casino.”

A Missouri native, Justin Killham, has accused the duo of indulging in “deceptive, fraudulent, and unfair” practices, violating state law. The petitioner also accused the pair of lying to vulnerable consumers about gambling with their own money (via Complex).

The lawsuit alleges “that Stake’s deceptive trade practices have inflicted severe harm on the vulnerable in Missouri.” Furthermore, Killham also accused them of targeting “individuals prone to gambling addiction and younger consumers.”

Drake has maintained a dignified silence on the matter so far. However, Stake has rejected Killham’s claims with a statement of their own. They stated, “We have not been served at this time,” a spokesperson was quoted as telling the outlet. “We reject allegations that have been made in the media in relation to this potential claim and will vigorously defend this and all such claims” (via Sigma).
