The romantic relationship between Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas has come to a screeching halt.
It was reported earlier this year that the pair were dating. They had been spotted together at various events, including an Oasis concert. Things between them were progressing rapidly, evidently too much for the Cuban actress. “She started to get a little uncomfortable,” a source revealed about her time with veteran actor.
They are no longer romantically involved with one another, but it might not be the end of their relationship.

Starring in a host of action movies throughout his career, Tom Cruise is used to operating at full speed. It seems the Mission Impossible actor’s pace was a little too much for Ana to handle.
“Tom and Ana are done for now,” a source said to US Weekly. “It was more Ana’s decision because things were moving fast,” they added. The actors “intensity” may have also been a turn off for Ana.
Despite their age gap, with Tom currently 63 and Ana 37, the two are said to have plenty of chemistry. Because of that, they intend to remain in the friend zone with each other. That should eliminate any awkwardness on the set of the movie Deeper, in which both are performing. Production for that supernatural thriller is currently on hold.
Part of Ana’s attraction to the Academy Award nominee came from his support for her and everything she wanted to do.
Ana was previously married to Spanish actor Marc Clotet in 2011; the pair divorced in 2013. Tom has gone through three divorces with Mimi Rogers, Nicola Kidman and Katie Holmes.
The actress’s latest movie, Ballerina, which came out in June, has grossed over $100 million at the box office. Tom will star in an untitled Alejandro G. Iñárritu film set for release in October 2026.
