Internet reacts to Travis Kelce’s dance

Travis Kelce’s dance to Taylor Swift’s song “The Fate of Ophelia” has the internet gushing over him. The Kansas City Chiefs triumphed over the Washington Commanders with an incredible score of 28–7 on Monday Night Football. Not only that, but Travis also achieved an incredible career feat with his 100th touchdown reception.

The 36-year-old NFL star broke into an impromptu dance to celebrate the double victory. He performed the viral hook step to the lyrics, “Keep it one hundred on the land, the sea, the sky. Pledge allegiance to your hands, your team, your vibes.”

Unsurprisingly, Travis’s infectious charm and sweet dance moves won over fans, who took over the internet to lavish praise on him. One Swiftie wrote, “Travis Kelce doing the ‘pledge allegiance to your hands, your team, your vibes’ part of the dance is cute af. This is peak husband energy. I LOVEEE THEM.”

Another fan thanked the universe for delivering “this beautiful man into Taylor’s life”. A third Swiftie penned, “I love that she ended up with someone who deserved this song”.

Finally, a fan praised Travis for showing his love for Swift so unabashedly. The fan shared, “Just don’t know how you don’t like the guy. The only thing I can think, from at least a guy’s perspective, is the dude isn’t afraid to be sweet to his fiancée in public. I just think it’s impossible to hate either of the Kelces. Just good role models for kids today. Rare…”

Notably, Swift was present at the match and witnessed the team and Travis’ win in real time. When the cameras panned on the pop star, she simply smiled. Interestingly, “The Fate of Ophelia” has subtle easter eggs referencing Travis in her dance performance.
