There’s a clear divide in the Oppenheim Group. Selling Sunset Season 9 just dropped on Netflix, and the cast gathered for a glitzy premiere party in Beverly Hills. The whole gang showed up, except for Chrishell Stause and Chelsea Lazkani. Those two were left off the guest list, and the fact that Bre Tiesi planned the event seems to have everything to do with it.
The Selling Sunset premiere party was hosted by Bre Tiesi

TMZ first got the scoop on the premiere party snub. Apparently, Netflix didn’t host an official premiere party for the cast, which sounds like a story in itself. With Netflix dropping the ball, Bre took it upon herself to organize a party for the cast, only to conveniently leave two of its biggest stars off her guest list.
Sources said that Bre considered inviting the pair but ultimately decided to keep them away from the party. Of course, Bre and Chelsea have had their fair share of conflict, and throughout Season 9, we’ve seen Chelsea feuding with Mary Bonnet. And even if you haven’t binged Season 9 yet, you’ve probably heard that Emma Hernan’s friendship with Chrishell has been on the rocks.
According to TMZ’s sources, all of that on-camera drama played a factor in Chelsea and Chrishell’s exclusion from Bre’s party. Insiders said she wanted things to “stay positive,” and she didn’t want to risk the premiere party going off the rails.
No matter how you look at it, this seems a little shady. To make matters worse, sources close to Chelsea and Chrishell said that they didn’t even know the party was happening.
All of this is a telltale sign that these ladies aren’t real friends. For now, they’re just coworkers. Perhaps they’ll fare better in Season 10.
Selling Sunset is streaming on Netflix.
