Hailey Bieber was honored at WSJ Magazine 2025 Innovator Awards on Wednesday in New York City. She attended the ceremony alone, without her husband, Justin Bieber. Despite that, body language expert Judi James told The Mirror US that the bombshell was comfortable alone.
“Hailey looks at peak professional confidence here with her fierce choice of black leather outfit and her runway deportment,” she commented. Adding to that, the source said her appearance showed a “woman in control of her career.”
The Rhode Beauty founder wore Saint Laurent’s design, including a black leather jacket over a belted top and a pencil skirt of the same material. She finished her look with diamond drop-down earrings, bracelets, and a wedding ring. With her hair styled in a tight bun, she wore black tights and white, pointy-toed heels.
Her confident walk and graceful poses showcased the powerful woman from the beauty industry. Meanwhile, James claimed that her fierce look seemed “uncompromising,” suggesting “strength and resilience.” Therefore, she found it “totally appropriate to turn up alone, without the need of any support or celebrity back-up from her husband.”
On the other hand, Justin, who was photographed in Los Angeles, also appeared to be comfortable in his own company. “Unlike Hailey, he’s not actually courting press attention, but he does look relatively comfortable by his own usual standards,” James stated.
