Kayla Nicole’s Halloween Costume Shaded Travis Kelce & Taylor Swift

Kayla Nicole appears to have thrown shade at ex Travis Kelce and his fiancée Taylor Swift with her new Halloween avatar. The fashion influencer shared a carousel accompanied by the caption, “She’s an icon. She’s a legend. She’s Tori Braxton circa 2000. Halloween 2025.” Fans seem convinced it is a swipe at her ex-boyfriend Kelce and his partner Swift.

Kayla Nicole appears to be going all guns blazing against Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift in her new Halloween avatar. The model shared a carousel of where she danced to Toni Braxton’s 2000 hit song, “He Wasn’t Man Enough.” She even recreated Braxton’s stylish sheer outfit and dance moves from the hit song.

The title and the lyrics appear to allude to her breakup with Kelce. Notably, “He Wasn’t Man Enough” is an R&B song about moving on from a toxic relationship and feeling empowered. However, Kayla Nicole hasn’t explicitly said that the post is about Kelce and Swift.

Unsurprisingly, the video garnered a lot of attention from fans on social media. One fan commented, “Will the real showgirl step to the front!!!!!” — a seemingly subtle jab at Swift’s latest album. Another fan wrote, “YOU CLEARED THE ROOM!!!!!!! Omg. The level of petty, slayage, and pure decimation needs to be studied. Omg.”

For those unversed, there appears to be an unspoken, ongoing cold war between Swift and Nicole. The pop star appeared to have taken a swipe at her fiancé’s ex in the song “Opalite.” The lyrics, “You couldn’t understand it, why you felt alone / You were in it for real, she was in her phone / And you were just a pose,” allegedly reference a real-life incident between Kelce and Nicole (via Page Six).

Not only that, Swift heaped praise on Teyana Taylor on Jimmy Fallon’s show. She also sent a special hamper, which included a copy of her latest album, a handwritten note, and a crewneck sweatshirt. Fans believe it was a shade at Nicole, who has a long-standing feud with Teyana over former NBA player Iman Shumpert (via TMZ).

However, some fans have reportedly asked Nicole to move on. One fan penned, “Get over it, girl.” A second user chimed, “This is so cringey. 2.5 years, babe, move on.”
