Ciara’s All-White Sergio Hudson Suit Redefines Power & Polish

Singer-songwriter Ciara made a striking appearance at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards on Monday, dressed in an all-white Sergio Hudson power suit. The look featured a sharply tailored double-breasted blazer with defined shoulders and matching wide-leg trousers. She also carried a voluminous ivory fur coat, keeping her accessories minimal to let the cozy piece do the talking. Completing the look with a sleek bob, Ciara truly did her power suit moment justice with minimalist styling.

Ciara recently turned heads at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards with a sophisticated white Sergio Hudson power suit, comprising a structured double-breasted blazer and wide-leg pants. She paired the set with an ivory fur coat draped casually over her shoulders in some photos and over her arms in the others. Moreover, the singer kept her accessories minimal for the event, letting the power suit and sleek bob steal the show.

Ciara attended the event alongside designer Sergio Hudson, whose latest collection debuted in September during New York Fashion Week. Describing the collection, WWD’s Thomas Waller called it “exuberant.” Speaking backstage at the show, Hudson explained that he aimed to create uplifting, wearable designs. He noted that in challenging times, he wanted to “bring some joy” and offer pieces that people truly wanted to wear rather than present them with more “closet fillers.”

This marks Ciara’s second consecutive appearance at the CFDA Fashion Awards. In 2024, she walked the red carpet in a Vera Wang look from the designer’s Spring 2025 collection. It featured a white ribbed tank, a black gauntlet-style skirt, and white leather opera gloves.

This year’s ceremony, hosted by Teyana Taylor, took place at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. It was organized under the leadership of CFDA Chairman, Thom Browne, and its CEO, Steven Kolb. The event recognizes excellence in American fashion, bringing together leading figures like Angel Reese, Michelle Williams, Addison Rae, and Lily Allen.
