Nicole Kidman and Lenny Kravitz reportedly met in 2002 when she sublet his apartment in Manhattan. The duo grew close and started dating in 2003, as reported by US Magazine. The musician-actor kept their relationship private; however, things didn’t turn out as they expected. The two parted ways one year later.
Even though Kidman and Kravitz broke up, they hold no grudges against each other. They have often spoken fondly of one another in public. Now, with Kidman’s alleged split from her 19-year-long partner, Keith Urban, sources told Star Magazine that she might be open to dating her ex, Kravitz.
The source said, “They have a lot of history, and by all accounts, their chemistry has never gone away.” They continued, “They were genuinely in love. Even though it fell apart, they didn’t end on bad terms.”
In fact, the “Fly Away” hitmaker reportedly admitted on CBS Mornings last year that he is “open” to falling in love again. Although he expressed that he is open to being in a relationship, during a conversation with The Guardian, the 61-year-old admitted that he “might struggle.” He added that he has “become very set” in his ways and the way he lives.
However, per sources, there is a possibility that Kidman and Kravitz could rekindle their romance, as they are allegedly “in touch.” The insider also claimed, “Lenny wants to find his soulmate. It just makes sense to give it another whirl.”
