She’s back and she’s still fabulous. Nearly 15 years after putting her reality TV career on pause, Kimora Lee Simmons is back! E just dropped the first look at Kimora: Back in the Fab Lane, and it looks like some good old-fashioned family fun. Check out the trailer below.
Kimora: Back in the Fab Lane premieres on E! in December 2025
The last time we saw Kimora on our screens, she was coparenting with her ex-husband, dating Djimon Hounsou, and had just gotten hired at Just Fab. Obviously, a lot has changed since then. Russell Simmons got cancelled for sexual assault allegations, Kimora married and divorced some other dude, and Just Fab? That’s definitely a thing of the past.
One thing that hasn’t changed, as we see in the trailer, is Kimora’s dedication to being a boss. These days, she has five kids, no man, and a whole lot on her plate. In the trailer, she quipped, “It’s like the Brady Bunch, but with no husband.”
In addition to following Kimora’s busy home life, the Back in the Fab Lane trailer shows her attempt at reviving her iconic fashion brand, Baby Phat. Plus, her daughters, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee Simmons, are at the front of the action, looking to evolve brands of their own.
“Between dealing with the whims of her adventure-seeking daughters, cheering at her sons’ championship games, and celebrating her own major milestones, Kimora’s world is even more fabulous and outrageous than ever before. Buckle up,” the series synopsis reads.
Kimora’s original show, Life in the Fab Lane, premiered on Style Network (RIP) in 2007 and ran for four seasons. The spinoff, House of Fab, aired only one season in 2013. Clearly, this reality TV comeback has been a long time coming, and we can’t wait to see how it unfolds.
