Andrew Mountbatten Windsor’s legal troubles may be far from over.
That’s according to numerous royal experts who believe the disgraced former Prince may spend a good part of his future in court. Late last month, his brother King Charles stripped him of the Prince title, while evicting him from the Royal Lodge.
Andrew’s ties to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have tarnished his name even more. The late Virginia Giuffre, meanwhile, alleged that she was forced to sleep with Andrew when she was 17. Andrew denied that claim.
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is said to have had “a degree of protection” with his “prince” title

Not having any royal titles could leave Andrew in much hotter water than he already is in.
Speaking to Fox News, British photographer Helena Chard says that with his royal status gone, Andrew “is now exposed to prosecutions to be brought against him.” She adds that the current level of public resentment against him adds more damage to him.
Royal expert Hilary Fordwich agrees with Helena, saying that “Andrew is currently more legally and publicly vulnerable than ever.” She adds that the road to a potential arrest of him is not so simple. Establishing sufficient evidence to charge him with a crime will be a lengthy and complex process.
On the other hand, she says there’s enough public pressure on Andrew that his troubles won’t go away anytime soon. “The removal of royal styles and titles was a formal barrier that gave him (Andrew) a degree of protection,” adds Hilary.
Following his eviction and removal of his royal title, another controversial story surfaced about Andrew. Allegedly, he had “40 prostitutes” sent to his hotel room in Thailand. At the time, he was serving as a trade envoy to the royal family.
Without the royal name to protect him, there’s a belief that Andrew could be swimming in legal cases for the foreseeable future.
After Andrew’s eviction, it was reported that he would be living at one of his brother’s private residences in Sandringham.
