We just found another reason to go and see Glen Powell’s new movie, The Running Man. The Hollywood actor just revealed he filmed one of his stunts “half-naked” … and described a lot of physically demanding scenes. Phew!
Glen Powell “had to abseil down eight stories of a building”

“I had to abseil down eight stories of a building in freezing conditions half-naked,” Glen said on The Graham Norton Show today. While that might sound pretty sexy, Glen dashed those hopes with his next statement.
“Believe me, nothing looked good,” he admitted. “[I was] wearing a harness which cinched me.”
Someone on set did actually get an eyeful of that very image. Although we doubt it made the final film cut. “The crazy thing I found out after was that there was a guy whose only job was to stop me kicking a window, which means he was looking up my skirt all night,” the actor continued. “I wonder what he was seeing take after take.”
In The Running Man, which is a remake of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 1987 film of the same name, Glen plays Ben Richards. The action film follows a group of reality TV contestants as they travel the globe while being chased by hunters trying to kill them. Sounds intense!
Previously speaking about his role, Glen told US Weekly that his character is “fully charged up the whole time.”
“Around every corner could be anyone trying to kill him,” he went on. “It’s like the most deadly game of hide and seek ever. So your adrenaline’s gonna be up the whole time.”
Honestly? If we had to abseil half-naked down eight stories of a building, our adrenaline would be up, too!
