Netflix just dropped the trailer for Owning Manhattan Season 2. This Season, Ryan Serhant is looking to build his empire. To do this, our favorite salt and pepper real estate mogul is “coming for everyone.”
With hundreds of millions of dollars on the line via SERHANT’s collective listings, loyalties are about to be tested. From poached agents and emotional meltdowns to an eventual firing, here’s a quick breakdown of the trailer for Owning Manhattan Season 2.
Ryan Serhant is getting serious in the Owning Manhattan Season 2 trailer from Netflix
“I want to build the number-one real estate brokerage on Earth. And I’m coming for everyone,” Ryan narrates as he exits a private plane in Manhattan. From his backseat perch in his driven car, Ryan makes a call, saying, “Fifty-five million, all cash.” Then, Jessica Markowski appears, announcing that she can sell “a one-bedroom for close to seven million in Tribeca.”
Cue their potential buyers raving over bathtubs that overlook the Hudson alongside other picturesque views. However, there’s a “new development king” in NYC. And Ryan wants this agent on his team. As a result, his other agents now feel “mad.”
As the music heightens, we see Ryan in the back of his car, narrating, “I just feel like there’s so much pressure sometimes that I just can’t take it.” Then, we hear his agents narrating their own stressors, like, “Ryan has forgotten about others who have been with him since day one.” But right as two of his agents are about to engage in a heated exchange, Ryan yells, “Stop! For f*cks sake!”
Clocking in as his supportive wife, the trailer ends with Emilia Bechrakis hugging Ryan, explaining, “You have to differentiate between being the friend and being the boss.” Immediately after, Ryan fires someone from his team, saying, “Tonight’s your last night.”
Owning Manhattan Season 2 lands on Netflix on December 5, 2025.
