Cher’s son might need her to help him out of a financial jam.
The bills are apparently starting to pile up for Elijah Blue Allman. The lead vocalist for the band Deadsy owes around $16,000 to his soon-to-be ex-wife, Marieangela King, plus $10,000 in legal fees pending the outcome of their divorce.
Those fees and years of extravagant spending may be catching up to him. “Elijah has been burning through his trust fund cash for years now, and the word is that he’s broke as a joke,” said an insider.
He and Marieangela were married in 2013, and they are still working to settle their divorce which was dismissed by a judge last year.
Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman is reportedly in debt

Excessive spending can add up quickly, as Elijah is discovering. Rather than saving the money he got from his famous mom, he was reportedly spending it on living a life of luxury. The musician was last spotted in August at the Chateau Marmont, checking into rooms on the Sunset Strip, with nightly rates ranging from $700 to $1,100.
His divorce settlement and past spending have him in a financial pinch. “He’s got no real way of paying this money,” said an insider to RadarOnline. They add that “going cap in hand to his mom is his best chance to climb out of debt.”
Until his mom potentially bails him out financially, Elijah is reportedly sofa-surfing between friends’ places and cheaper hotels.
Not being as traceable in his current lifestyle is apparently something he doesn’t mind. Elijah has often made headlines for his substance abuse problems, which he has said began as early as 11 years old, when he had a heroin addiction. Cher applied for conservatorship for her second-born son. That application was dropped after her son contested it. Cher was recently seen boyfriend, Alexander “AE” Edwards, at a New York City event. Reports were that she and the music produced looked “very much in love.”
Despite her son’s issues, Cher still appears committed to helping him and has the means to do so. According to an insider, her net worth is approximately $360 million.
