Season 3 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives just dropped, which showed Jessi Ngatikaura owning up to an “emotional affair.” Surely, it’s just a coincidence that on the same day the new episodes dropped, Jessi and Jordan Ngatikaura’s mansion went up for sale. The timing is unbelievable, and it has left fans with plenty of questions. Is this an innocent real estate move or another clue that this marriage is doomed?

As the drama on SLOMW plays out on Hulu, fans are speculating that Jessi and Jordan are preparing to divorce. On top of the emotional affair confession we saw on Season 3, Jessi removed “Ngatikaura” from her Instagram and TikTok accounts. Instead, she’s going by her maiden name, Draper.
With those breakup rumors already up in the air, TMZ added fuel to the fire by dropping the news that the Ngatikauras just listed their Salt Lake City home for $2.499 million.
The 7,000 square foot property boasts six bathrooms and five bedrooms. Situated just a few minutes from a ski resort, the house comes with a fitness center, a movie theater, a pickleball court, a putting green, a wet bar, and pretty much everything else you need to live your life like a luxurious Mormon woman.
The home is listed by Kenny Sperry, who you’ll remember from Bravo’s one-season-wonder, Sold on SLC. According to the outlet, Kenny is also mentoring fellow SLOMW star Dakota Mortensen. With all of these connections, you’d think Salt Lake City was a small town.
Meanwhile, Jessi and Jordan haven’t commented on the sale of their home — or the current state of their marriage. We’ll assume their saving all of that tea for the SLOMW Season 3 reunion.
