The pair has interacted previously, with the former once calling the latter on his 18th birthday, asking for a chance to date her. New fan rumors allege that IShowSpeed is dating Ice Spice. Fans also claim that the former’s cameraman confirmed the relationship. However, neither of them has confirmed the relationship or addressed the ongoing rumors. Moreover, no credible reports support the claims.
Interestingly, Speed did once try asking Ice Spice out on his 18th birthday. On a livestream, the latter asked the former about his age twice and accepted his offer to go out with him. Speed told the rapper that he could take her to an eatery he frequented because the food had the best quality. Things took a hilarious turn when Speed asked Ice Spice — who was doing her makeup and hair — to show her face, only for her to cut the call.
One year later, Speed and Kai Cenat prank-called Ice Spice, with Speed pretending to be Manchester United’s Harry Maguire. In the call, Speed, mimicking Maguire’s voice, asked Ice Spice if he could ask her a question and later asked for a “chance,” which he did not explain. Ice Spice, irritated and confused, demanded that Speed ask his original question. She also demanded that Cenat, whom she believed was pranking her, stop the prank.
Ice Spice was last linked with New York Jets’ Sauce Gardner, with whom she went Instagram official on April 29, 2025. She addressed the relationship in a September 2025 appearance on Baby This is Keke Palmer, revealing that her now-deleted Instagram post confirmed it.
“I didn’t think it would be such a big deal,” she added. “But like, it really is a big deal … it was fun. It was cute. We’re still friends. We were just dating.”
