Note to world leaders: If you’re trying to quiet a potential scandal, maybe don’t lob playground insults at reporters asking about it. When questioned about the remaining Epstein files recently, Donald Trump made his feelings about one particular female journalist very clear.

The President was talking to the press on board Air Force One on November 14 before jetting off to his resort in Florida for the weekend.
Predictably given recent updates, several reporters asked him about his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. However, never one to mince his words when displeased, Trump channelled his obvious frustration into his favorite pastime – petty insults.
As things got a bit heated with a female Bloomberg journalist, Trump pointed his finger at her, saying “Quiet. Quiet, Piggy.”
He probably should’ve had a better retort prepared, given that questions about the topic were very likely following recent developments. On November 12, three new email correspondences from Epstein were released by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.
In one exchange between Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein calls Trump “that dog that hasn’t barked.” He added that “[Redacted victim’s name] spent hours at my house with him… he has never once been mentioned.” Maxwell responded with: “I have been thinking about that…”
Another exchange seemingly refers to rumors that the convicted traffickers used Trump’s Florida resort to scout for potential victims. Epstein writes: “Of course, he knew about the girls, as he asked ghislaine to stop.”
Trump denies the claims. At the press event on Friday, he said: “I know nothing about that. They would have announced that a long time ago. Jeffrey Epstein and I had a very bad relationship for many years.”
