Jake Paul’s Fight Offer Was Accepted by 30 Fighters

Jake Paul’s latest fight list matchmaking move brought a lot of challengers together. According to Nakisa Bidarian, the CEO of Most Valuable Promotions, almost 30 fighters had raised their hands when Jake Paul’s team opened the offer sheet, and one name was Anthony Joshua.

Jake Paul’s fight offer was accepted by 30 opponents

While talking to Babcock about the Jake Paul fight listings, Nakisa Bidarian revealed, “As soon as we knew we were going to move away from Gervonta Davis, we had a list of opponents. And the three names Jake gravitated towards were Ryan Garcia, Terence Crawford, and Anthony Joshua. And there were probably 30 fighters who accepted to fight Jake. AJ being one of them, Crawford being another, and AJ is the one that we came to an agreement on.” (via TMZ)

Bidarian confidently believed that Crawford would have also accepted the fight against Jake Paul on December 19, 2025.. Right now, the YouTuber has decided to go up against Anthony Joshua. The latter is an Olympic winner and a two-time unified heavyweight champion.

Bidarian was blunt about the risk-reward calculation while choosing Joshua over other options. He said, “It’s a dangerous fight for Jake, but it’s a more winnable fight for Jake than Gervonta Davis. And I say that in terms of, yes, Tank is a much smaller man, but he’s quick, he’s fast, he’s precise, he’s super skilled, and he had knockout power.”

He added, “AJ is big, strong, and has knockout power, but he’s definitely slower than Tank. He’s definitely less skilled than Tank. And so it will give Jake, the boxer, who’s been in the sport a lot less than Joshua, the opportunity to display a better skill set than he would have against Tank from my perspective.”

Oleksandr Usyk is also in the conversation, as suggested by Nakisa. He has had lots of success against Anthony Joshua, and thus, Jake Paul could consult him before the fight.
