Cardi B’s boyfriend is being flagged for some serious alleged infractions. Stefon Diggs is being accused of drugging and attempting to sexually assault and conspire to kill Christopher Blake Griffith. These allegations come after the influencer had a libel lawsuit thrown at him by the wide receiver who currently plays for the New England Patriots.
Christopher filed his counterclaims on Friday. Cardi and Stefon welcomed their first son into the world earlier this month.
Influencer Christopher Blake Griffith has accused Cardi B’s boyfriend Stefon Diggs of sexual battery
There appears to be a lot of he-said, she-said going on between Christopher and the NFL star. The influencer’s claims come amid Stefon suing him for allegedly concocting a fake story against him. For the influencer, though, what Stefon reportedly did was very real. “Chris Griffith is going to have his say and is looking forward to getting justice for the sexual and physical attacks perpetrated against him,” the stylist’s lawyer, Jake Lebowitz, told Page Six.
The alleged incidents, according to Christopher, took place in Stefon’s car and his Maryland home. They reportedly occurred in the Washington, D.C., area. In addition to that, he claims that the football star coordinated a violent attack on him, which involved Stefon’s brother Darez and two other associates. The alleged sexual battery and coordinated attack happened in May 2023.
In addition to that Christopher’s legal team says that Stefon made “defamatory statements” about their client online. The former Buffalo Bill accused Christopher of stealing articles of clothing from his home. His lawyers called those claims “unequivocally false.”
The defamation suit by Diggs against Christopher says that the two attended a charity basketball game in the U.S. capital. Stefon is seeking an undisclosed amount of money from Christopher for damages and legal fees.
In September Stefon had a paternity suit filed against him by Aileen Lopera who said he was then five-month-old daughter’s father. Cardi said that they would “figure it out.”
In the midst of these accusations, Stefon is still playing for the Patriots and is the team’s leading receiver. At 10-2 the Patriots hold the best record in the NFL.
