The Stranger Things kids have well and truly grown up … and evidence of that is Finn Wolfhard nonchalantly cursing at his castmates in what should have been an innocent cooking video.

Ahead of the release of Stranger Things Season 5 (anyone else counting down the minutes!?), the cast got together in a video for Epicurious. To promote the new series, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Noah Schnapp, and Gaten Matarazzo showed off their culinary skills. This included making an upside-down sandwich and smell-testing Eggo waffles, which are Eleven’s favourite in Stranger Things.
In the first game, The Egg Challenge, the gang raced to shell a hard-boiled egg. As they battled it out, Millie exclaimed she was “stressed,” while Sadie let out a panicked squeal. Ultimately, it was Finn who came in last place, meaning he was eliminated. Better luck next time, eh, Finn?
“I’ve just given everything to this game,” he said in his loser’s speech before turning around to face his co-stars and jokingly shouting: “F*CK you.” Oh, and he gave them all the middle finger, too.
The entire interaction delighted Stranger Things fans, who took to the comments to let the stars know. One person described Finn’s commentary as “epic,” while another said, “Finn was so funny this whole interview.” A third added: “Finn is so unserious.”
“This is definitely the best thing we got on this press tour, THANK YOU,” another viewer wrote. Meanwhile others pointed out how nice it is to see the gang together again: “Finally, the whole cast together!! Love their chaotic energy.”
