Kevin Spacey will be back in an all too familiar place next year, the courtroom. The Academy Award-winning actor must answer to a fresh set of accusations from three men. This will be a civil case with the alleged victims claiming Kevin sexually assaulted them in separate incidents during a period of over a dozen years.
Two years ago, Kevin was acquitted of sexual assault during a criminal case which took place in London.
Kevin Spacey is accused of sexually assaulting three men between 2000 and 2013

He may have gotten off in 2023, but Kevin’s legal troubles are far from over. The new charges against him alleged that he sexually assaulted the three men between 2000 and 2013.
One of the men named in the suit is Ruari Cannon. He waived his anonymity. That name might be familiar to many, as he was involved in the 2024 documentary Spacey Unmasked. In one scene, he claims Kevin groped him during an after-party at the Old Vic theatre in London.
The other man, known as LNP, alleges that Kevin “deliberately assaulted” him about a dozen times in between 2000 and 2005.
A third person, known as GHI in court, claims that Kevin assaulted him in 2008 at London’s Old Vic. Kevin had previously served as artistic director of the theatre. According to Sky News, “On a rational basis, the only common feature is Kevin Spacey.”
While Kevin’s never been found guilty of anything in court, all the allegations against him have ruined his reputation and his career. He said last weekend that he literally doesn’t have a home to go to, but assures everyone he’s not “homeless.” He says he lived in hotels, Airbnbs and goes where the work is.
Kevin was previously found not liable in a civil lawsuit filed by actor Anthony Rapp, who alleged he sexually assaulted him.
Sky reports that a preliminary hearing on the new allegations against Kevin will take place in October 2026. It’s expected to last approximately three weeks. Three movies involving Kevin are currently in post-production.
