Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are not just preparing for their wedding but are also gearing up to participate in charity events, spreading love to the world in the coming months.
As reported by The Sun, the NFL star and the pop icon recently organized a “Thanksgiving turkey drop” through the footballer’s charitable foundation Eighty‑Seven & Running.
As per an insider, Thanksgiving is a very special festival for Kelce, which is why he wants others, too, to have “beautiful new experiences.” The football player is keen to provide “those who are struggling something to smile about.”
The source added, “It’s a very special holiday for Travis and his family – probably even more than Christmas.”
The tipster further revealed that growing up, Kelce would watch football, enjoy the meals cooked by his mom, and spend the day with his family watching the NFL.
“Those are his happiest childhood memories, and he always dreamed of seeing a Thanksgiving game and eventually playing in one,” added the source.
This is why Thanksgiving is so special for him, and he is determined to “volunteering and giving back, wanting to make things easier for people in need and helping them enjoy a great day.”
As per the source, he, along with Swift, is planning to participate in charity events in the coming months. They apparently “have been talking a lot about this holiday, which they both love,” and want to do something good for society.
